It's official - we've had our major snowstorm for the year!
They actually announced an early release for today and have now opted to
CLOSE school tomorrow. It's not the snow that has them worried. It's the ice.

By the look of these pictures, you would think that my children had never seen snow. Forgetting that Chelsea spent the first 6 years of her life in NJ & Justin spent the first 4. We got SNOW!!!
All in all, I think we have about 1" in accumulation where we live. Not sure what it is as you get closer to Atlanta.
I guess I'll enjoy my 'free' day with the family. Doubt we'll go anywhere, since we've stocked up on bread & milk.
Many blessings,
Allison

I love watching the snow fall... and this morning waking up to a white winter wonderland was awesome!
My husband went out and made 2 little snowmen... one for me and one for him... he is a kid at heart and that is one of the things I love so much about him.
I think we got about 2 or 3 inches of snow here...and we are suppose to get more tomorrow :-)
